All of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

During very busy periods, please allow up to three weeks for your order to arrive, but don’t worry – the normal turnaround time is between one to two weeks.

If you need your order a lot sooner, please contact us via email before you order and we will endeavour to help with this.

Please note, due to the current situation regarding covid-19, postal services are facing delays which are out of our control.

If you think your parcel may be lost, we ask that you wait until ten days from receiving your dispatch email before contacting us.

Any parcels that are not reported missing within 28 days of dispatch will not be refunded or replaced.

This is to protect ourselves against claims that aren’t genuine, and we thank you for your understanding.

Any deliveries that do not arrive due to MagWax not being provided with the correct postal address will not be refunded or replaced.

We will do our very best to amend any details before dispatch.

Faulty Items

Oops! Sometimes things can go wrong, such as breakages for example.

If you receive an item that is faulty, then this will need reporting within 48 hours for a full refund.

The customer will pay for return postage and will be refunded for the product and return postage once we receive the item back.

Dissatisfaction With Non-Faulty Items

A lot of love and care goes into all our products, so we hope you love it!

If for any reason you do not, please let us know within 14 days for a refund of the purchase amount.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of return postage.

Please note that refunds for goods which are not faulty are issued at the discretion of Magwax.

Amending Orders

Please note, once an order has been placed, Magwax may not be able to amend it. This includes adding discount codes or grouping orders together.

Managing Subscriptions & Orders

To manage your subscription or any live orders, simply click the ‘My Account’ link under the ‘Shop’ menu or click the link in your monthly receipt email. Here you can view your orders and manage your subscription. You may change your address or the payment method for an active subscription.
